Rental Two Wheeler agreement Form

  1. The hirer should carry their valid driving license and strictly follow all traffic regulations.
  2. The Hirer will use the vehicle only in the area permitted by the firm.
  3. Rental vehicles cannot be transferred or given to another person.
  4. The hirer will not use the vehicle for any illegal purpose/activities.
  5. The vehicle cannot be used for any kind of loading and unloading.
  6. Late submission charges will be 100-300 Rs/ hour Depending on the vehicle.
  7. The hirer must refuel the vehicle as per their requirement; the firm is not liable for fuel consumption or mileage. If the hirer exceeds the kilometre limit, extra kilometres changes will be applied (2Rs/ km - 5Rs/ km) Depending on the vehicle.
  8. The firm provides a helmet, which the hirer must wear; the hirer is responsible for all traffic penalties, including those for not wearing the helmet and any e-challans received after vehicle return. Failure to pay may lead to the firm initiating the cancellation of the hirer's driving license.
  9. The firm will charge a penalty of 500 Rs if you are found riding with more than two passengers, harsh braking, rash driving, etc. Over speeding penalty of 300 Rs each time, Speed limit Electric Vehicle 60KMPH, Normal Vehicle 70kmph| Avenger, Apache: 80kmph, Royal Enfield, KTM: 90kmph)
  10. Booking Cancellation Policy: Full refund before 15 days, 90% refund before 7 days, 70% refund before 3 days, 50% refund before 1 day, no refund on the same day, and after carrying the vehicle.
  11. Vehicle Puncture Policy: We are not responsible for punctures after 10 minutes. The hirer must repair punctures at the nearest shop and bear all costs for replacing damaged tires, tubes, and rings if riding with a puncture.
  12. Accidental policy: kindly check the vehicle and click Photos/videos while receiving, In case of breakdown or accident, the Firm is not responsible for any claim or dispute that arises due to accident or theft, The Hirer has to pay for any damages due to theft, or accident along with daily rental payment for the number of days the vehicle in workshop for repair. All accidental repair or replacement of parts would be done at the authorized workshop of the firm’s choice. The security deposit refund will be held until the vehicle is fixed.
